1.How do I get started or place an order with FIRSTAR?
A.There are two options for you to choose from:
1. Send an email to sales@1stAidKit.com.cn and a representative will contact you via e-mail shortly
2. Directly contact Prime via telephone 0086-574-27720817 or fax. 0086-574-87223444.

2.Can I place an order online?
A. To ensure order accuracy, Prime does not offer this option. Because all orders will be manufactured to your specifications, we like to finalize all orders by e-mail or telephone/fax.

3.What is normal production time of orders?
A. Normally production of the product is anywhere from two week to one month depending on the quantity ordered. If you are sourcing a product, our representative will give you specific information regarding the lead time. If you need a rush order, contact our representatives to discuss your specific needs.

4.How can I get samples promptly?
A. You can contact our representative via email, fax, or phone to specify the sample you need and provide your courier (as UPS, FedEx, DHL,TNT etc) account No. and we’ll send samples through your courier by freight collect. For oversea customers, sample value under USD15.00 normally free of charge. As a courtesy, Your express airmail charges and samples charges can refund from 1st order.

5.What’s the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and Minimum Order Amount (MOA) .
A. For the First Aid Kits , the MOQ is 3000 sets. For other medical items, the MOA is USD3000.00 for less than 3 items per order.

6.Can I print or customize (OEM) the packing of the product?
A. Yes, for the first aid kit: you can customize your logo print on the box or bag, or make a label which print your logo stick on box, inside contents is our Prime logo, but each content do not show original country. we may charge you some printing fee.
For the first aid kit: if you want inside contents are in your logo, the minimum quantities for printing your logo as follows: in this quantities are not need pay printing charges.
Adhesive bandage/ Band aid : 2 colour, 600,000 pcs
Wet wipe: 2 colours, 50000 pcs
Other items: 20000 pcs
For other medical items: you can customize your logo print on the packing of the medical items. Pls specify your requirement to our representative, according to your order product and quantity, we may charge you some printing fee.

7.How can I get C&F or CIF price?
A. Normally our quotation is based on FOB price. Pls inform your destination seaport and estimated quantity, our representative will quote you the C&F or CIF price accordingly. If you feel our freight is higher than your expectation, you can recommend your shipping company to us. Our principal is look for a good reputation shipping company, which offers competitive freight, and can delivery your cargo prompt.

8.What’s the payment term?
A. 30% deposit by T/T in advance to confirm the order, balance paid before shipment or balance pay by L/C at sight.

9.How can I trust the quality of the merchandise?
A. Prime employs a strong quality-control team who inspects each order before shipment.
